By creating an account or using any part of the Stacknodo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Stacknodo is operated by Stacknodo ("we", "us", "our"). The Service includes the Stacknodo Studio, API endpoints, documentation site, community forum, and all related tools and services.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API keys, passwords, or authentication tokens with unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to other users.
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all data you store on the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Data.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. We will not access, use, or share Your Data for any other purpose except as required by law.
You may export Your Data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete Your Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: upstream provider outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
Free tier usage is subject to the published plan limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you exceed your plan's limits after downgrading, certain features may be restricted until usage is within the new plan's quota.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.
Access to the Stacknodo API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas defined by your plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled responses (HTTP 429).
You must not use API keys published in client-side code without implementing appropriate access controls (e.g., row-level security, IP allowlisting). We are not responsible for data exposure caused by your application's security configuration.
The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and brand assets, is owned by Stacknodo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacknodo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stacknodo, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
